About To Start My Business

So, I’ve been thinking about starting my own business. It’s something, that I don’t want to explain too much yet, because I don’t like to create too much pressure or speculation before I actually begin something, but I will let you know that I have already started the process and that it is going very well. No I won’t tell you exactly what it is, but if you read the blog, and are aware of my interests, I will let you know that my small business idea would not surprise you in the least. If you haven’t figured it out yet, you might feel pretty foolish once you figure out what it is. It’s something that I’m deeply interested and that a lot of my thoughts and actions are closely tied to. Anyway, there are certain elements of the business that I won’t be able to manage, but I am trying to keep a very small staff etcetera. Like, there are things that need to be done, but I’m trying my best to keep expenses low. Mostly what I can’t do is anything that is overly technological. I mean, I can handle certain things like social media, or maybe even basic web design, but when it comes to the complicated software engineering I’m going to need to hire someone. I was really scared about having to hire an IT staff because I don’t think I’ll be able to afford it. However, I recently learned about the prominent role of the specialized labor economy and the abundance of IT outsourcing options that currently exists. I think that that’s where I’ll go for my software engineering needs, because they are serious but they will not persist for very long. Do you know what I mean by that? Like, my idea depends on having some specific software and programming needs, but it’s not going to be something that constantly needs to be worked on to the extent of actually having a full-time staff member. So, I’m going to hire someone to do it, and hopefully form along relationship with them so they can tinker and perform maintenance as time goes by. Do you know anyone? Are you that person? LMK
